IFAJ said Welcome to Kenya! as the Media for Environment, Science, Health and Agriculture (MESHA) is happy to host the 2025 IFAJ World Congress for Agricultural Journalists in Nairobi from October 14-18, 2025.
The name Nairobi means a place of cool waters. The city therefore offers a perfect weather for the numerous field tours, pre and post congress tours planned for the event. Nairobi also houses a national park barely 5 km away from its central business district where you can witness lions, giraffes, and zebras against the backdrop of the city skyline.
Kenya’s agriculture will be a key focus during the congress, with a special emphasis on the Kenyan tea sector and its great flowers – two of the most cherished exports.
